There are lots of things you can make with ground turkey. This recipe is short, simple and super FAST to prepare. In less than 15 minutes you have a high quality healthy meal for four. All for you or you can share =)
o TJ's 1lb container of ground turkey
o TJ's veggie stir-fry bag
o Olive oil
o Salt & Pepper
o 2 eggs (optional)
o Garlic (optional)
o Cayenne Pepper (optional)
o Pepper flakes (optional)
Notice there are a lot of "optional" ingredients here. I just love protein and heat so I like to add a lot more into a dish if I can. If you haven't already noticed... I like spicy. The directions is so simple you will be like.. that's it? Yes! That's it!
Take a deep frying pan or skillet and put it on medium high heat. Add olive oil and crushed garlic. Mix the garlic around and add the entire package of ground turkey. Add salt and pepper and cook the turkey through. Add the bag of veggie stir-fry. This bag is awesome, it has snap peas, onions, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, little corn and broccoli. You can always add extra veggies if you want, just be sure it is already cooked before adding it. Then add the eggs, cayenne pepper and pepper flakes (again this is optional). Mix all the ingredients together on high heat for about five minutes. Plate by itself and enjoy or eat it with some quinoa or brown rice. Eat up and Enjoy!
